1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at pcgamer.co.ke, contacting us, or purchasing products from PCGamer Kenya Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Product specifications and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.
• Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received (unless installment plan is agreed upon).
• We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only, for orders under KES 100,000).
• For custom builds, a 50% deposit is required to begin assembly, with the balance due before delivery.
• Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment if the product has not shipped.

4. Delivery

• Nairobi: Same-day to 24-hour delivery for in-stock items. Free delivery.
• Mombasa & Kisumu: 24-72 hour delivery. Free delivery for orders above KES 50,000.
• Other areas: 3-5 business days. Delivery fees may apply.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to external factors may occur.

5. Warranty

All gaming PCs and components from PCGamer Kenya come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For complete warranty terms, please see our Warranty Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for replacement or repair.
• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted for used products or custom builds.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after product inspection.
